1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

We offer a 7-day return policy ONLY if you receive a DAMAGED or WRONG product.

  • Product video

  • Unboxing video (mandatory proof)

RIVO reserves the right to reject any return request if proper proof (photos, product video, and mandatory unboxing video) is not provided.


2. Conditions for Return

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact


3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Size issues or change of mind

  • Used or washed products

  • Minor color differences due to screen display


4. Return Process

    • Order ID

    • Issue description

    • Required proof (photos + videos)

  2. Our team will review your request

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method


6. Replacement

  • Replacement will be provided for damaged or incorrect items (subject to availability)


7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be covered only in valid cases

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
